This online survey is part of the monitoring process of the evaluation of the quality of main educational programs of higher education and that of their teaching for the 2015-16 academic year. The survey respondents are students of the Bachelor’s and Master’s programs as well as that of the ‘Specialist’ programs.

The telephone survey on the citizens’ social competence, their understanding of the concept of citizenship (the case study of residents of St.Petersburg) has started. The study is headed by I.L.Perova, professor of the Department of theory and practice of social work. The study examines the relationship between awareness of social rights and that of duties of Russia’s citizens. The sample size is 1000 residents of St.Petersburg.
The online survey on the nature and perspectives of Russia-Germany relations has started. The survey respondents are students and staff of the St.Petersburg State University. The survey is commissioned by Petersburg Dialogue, the forum of civil societies of Russia and Germany. The telephone survey on the role of mass media in constructing ethnic beliefs in mass consciousness has started. The project is headed by E.V. Rodionova, Ph.D. The project focuses on identifying main channels and preferred ways of getting information by various social groups. In addition, the project analyzes relationship between ethnic beliefs and preferences of mass media selection. The sample size is 1000 residents of St.Petersburg.
